Pricewise Homes Nigeria Ltd., a sister company of TAF Africa Global, is thrilled to announce the signing of an MOU with the Rivers State Government for the development of 20,000 affordable houses. This ambitious project, dubbed GREATER TAF, will span a 1000-hectare land, conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive from Port Harcourt Airport within the Greater city.
The signing ceremony took place at the Government House, with the acting Administrator of Greater Port Harcourt Development Authority and the Attorney General signing on behalf of the Rivers State Government, while representatives from Pricewise Homes Nigeria Ltd also signed the agreement.
The presence of Executive Governor Siminalaye Fubara and other esteemed government dignitaries at the event underscored the significance and scope of this project.
